Job description

Responsibilities

• Participate in order review, evaluate and reply to delivery date based on man, machine, material, method and environment
• Capacity analysis and 13-week plan formulation
• Integrate production orders, manpower needs, reasonable arrangement, and balance production
• Control the inventory in progress, reduce the inventory amount, and reduce the backlog of goods
• Follow up the production progress, coordinate and deal with abnormal problems to ensure that the output is achieved
• Prepare the achievement rate of the plan, analyze the reasons for the non-achievement, and promote continuous improvement of the responsible department
• Promote lean production and reduce the cost per piece
• Lead the annual BU inventory count activity
• To provide excellent customer service to all clients and to help build good relationships with them through the production of high quality and by acting in a professional manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders as the Production Planning liaison, ensuring timely and effective day-to-day communication in areas such as production/planning priorities, material supply problem-solving resolution and escalations, as required

Job Requirements

• 3-7 year’s experience in a planning or strategy role
• Understand MRP and be proficient in SAP system operation.
• Strong data concept, strong data analysis ability, strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in computer operation and Microsoft Excel and office software
