In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean principles to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Optimize Inventory: Maintain work-in-progress (WIP) levels that keep production flowing smoothly and reliably.
  • Deliver With Excellence: Align production output to the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to consistently meet or exceed delivery goals.
  • Resolve Challenges Quickly: Partner with teams to resolve late orders and keep production on track.
  • Champion Safety: Foster a safety-first culture that creates a healthy, secure workplace for everyone.
  • Sustain 5S Excellence: Maintain clean, organized, and efficient assembly areas by promoting strong 5S practices.
  • Develop and Empower Teams: Mentor assembly leaders and build multi-skilled, adaptable teams ready to grow and succeed.
  • Promote a Quality Culture: Embed a mindset where every process and product meets the highest standards.
