Senior Product Material Control (PMC) Executive

Assists superior on daily planning to ensure efficient and effective operations of the department by proper planning, coordinating, communicating and controlling the plant production activities at the right quantity, quality and time in order to meet the target of complete on time delivery (COTD).

Planning of production schedule based on commitment dates by liaising with relevant departments / parties both internal and external.

Plan and schedule workflow for each departments and operation according to previous established sequences and lead time by verifying the "Order Details List Inquiry" in SAP system with approval from the Finance Department.

Ensure availability of materials for production and logistic of stock to avoid any risk by monitoring of daily output, WIP and completion on time delivery.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Operation Management or equivalent.

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent written & communication skills. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Must be strong in self-discipline with positive working attitude

Preferably Executive specialized in Operation Support or equivalent.
