Product Development

• Research and develop new products with potential suppliers based on market trends and customer needs.
• Manage product development from concept to launch, including timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee packaging design, product claims, labelling, and ensure regulatory compliance with suppliers.
• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Operations for smooth product launches.
• Collaborate with suppliers to define formula, specs, pricing, and maintain product quality.
• Handle product registration, notifications, licenses, and permits. (If any, mostly will deal with suppliers)
• Conduct product training for internal and retail teams.
• Support pricing strategy and ensure product profitability.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

To be successful in these roles

• Diploma or Degree in any of the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience in product development and/or packaging design, preferably in FMCG, retail, or health/food industry (Not required experience in any Laboratory).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams/suppliers.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
