Job description

Our Client:

We have recently partnered with an international company that specialize in fire protection service. The company is expanding their operation and looking for senior procurement executive to be part their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for all latest product price check and price negotiation. Issuance of purchase orders (PO)
  • Update receipt entry for all non-stock or office-related inventory
  • New supplier sourcing alternative product or material sourcing. Review product specification
  • Request for QA verification of new sample or sample from new supplier
  • Prepare the monthly purchase for account (payment purpose)
  • Request for QA verification of new sample or sample from new supplier. Also responsible product price comparison.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for auction purpos

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or any related field
  • Possess at least 3- 4 years of working experience in procurement specialization
  • Experience working in any manufacturing industry will be added advantage.
  • Prior experience in sourcing and negotiate pricing with local and overseas supplier/ vendors
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cost-saving initiatives and supplier relationship.
  • Detail-oriental and strong in follow up & documentation
