A leading automation and semiconductor firm is seeking candidates for a role focused on improving processes and integrating equipment into production. Ideal candidates will possess strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge. Responsibilities include conducting hazard analysis, creating design specifications, and resolving equipment issues both remotely and on-site. Improve processes, equipment, and machine features.
Work with design, production, and technical teams to integrate new equipment into production.
Perform hands‑on assembly and troubleshooting when needed.
Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments (CE regulations).
Identify weaknesses in processes/components and suggest improvements.
Meet with management, sales, R&D, procurement, and suppliers to discuss product ideas.
Create design projects, specifications, and test instructions.
Present prototypes to management, sales, or customers.
Develop and distribute Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
Test and document prototypes for functionality and durability.
Resolve equipment issues internally and at customer sites (remote or on‑site).
Manage development/evaluation projects when assigned.
Travel to client sites for troubleshooting and support.
Prepare clear reports on analysis, troubleshooting, and project results.
