Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar field.
• Experience with compound and latex operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Materials and Process development activities.
• Manages compounding and latex operations.
• Execute and implement the BD Excellence workflow.
• Oversee waste management and prepare chemicals for production.
