What You'll Do
- Be the Problem-Solver: Dive deep into production data to identify root causes of defects. You won’t just identify problems—you'll lead cross-functional teams to implement lasting solutions and track results to closure.
- Drive Innovation & Efficiency: Revolutionize our assembly methods and processes. You'll have the autonomy to propose and implement improvements to our equipment and techniques, directly boosting product quality and line productivity.
- Build the Foundation: Develop and own critical manufacturing documentation—from SOPs to tooling guides—ensuring our team has the best tools and clearest instructions to succeed.
- Design the Future: Get hands-on by designing and commissioning new jigs, fixtures, and equipment. Your creations will be essential for scaling our capacity and introducing new products seamlessly.
- Empower the Team: Share your expertise by training and mentoring production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Ensure Flawless Execution: Take charge of production readiness, from managing engineering changes to ensuring all tools and materials are primed for action.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on process engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in electronics or medical devices is a significant plus.
- A proven track record where you have:
- Used data to solve tough production problems.
- Successfully improved a process, line layout, or equipment for better output.
- Designed or significantly modified jigs and fixtures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a familiarity with manufacturing documentation.
- Chinese language communications is an adding advantage
