Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring clarity for all employees.
• Monitor and report issues with injection molds and make recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technicians and handlers.
• Support manufacturing processes to improve yield and quality.
• Work independently on new process development and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts.
• Maintain and update MRM report.
• Involve in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 audits.
• Minimize COPQ through proper preparation of job sheets.
• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes.
• Perform process simulations.
• Optimize processes for cost lowering and productivity improvement.

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees.
• Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycle time, process capability and tooling history.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, mold setter, and material handler.
• Provide technical support/solutions to manufacturing processes, improve yield and throughput, drive cost reduction activities and improve on part quality.
• Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues.
• Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts.
• Responsible to maintain and update MRM report.
• Involve in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 audit.
• Minimize COPQ by initiating preparation Limit Sample and issuance of Mould Repair / Modification Requisition Job Sheet.
• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Perform process simulations.
• Optimization of processes to meet objectives of lowering cost and/or improving productivity.
