Overview
We are looking for a Senior Presales Engineer to join our growing team in the telecommunications sector. This role is critical in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, solution design, and strategic insights to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Design, present, and articulate tailored network solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering, and project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Support bid/tender processes by responding to RPIs, RFPs, RFQs, and technical documents.
- Setting timelines for deliverables, monitor and manage the end-to-end delivery from HQ to client, and manage client satisfaction properly.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Network Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of presales or technical solution experience in the telco industry. Proven experience in dealing with government agencies and public sector ICT projects is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer engagement and tender/bid management.
- Solid understanding of telco networks and strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
