Job description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior PR Executive to lead and execute public relations, influencer marketing, and brand activation initiatives. This role requires strong industry connections, strategic thinking, and hands‑on execution to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the scouting, evaluation, and onboarding of KOLs, influencers, and media partners aligned with the brand’s positioning
  • Build, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with influencers, content creators, and media
  • Plan and execute PR seeding, gifting, and campaign rollouts, including logistics, tracking, and reporting
  • Oversee influencer collaborations to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Strategically invite and manage influencers and KOLs for in‑store events, launches, and brand activations
  • Coordinate closely with store and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and guest experience
  • Develop strategies to maximize content output and media exposure during campaigns and events
  • Track, analyze, and report on PR performance, influencer ROI, and campaign effectiveness
  • Support junior team members and provide guidance when required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or lifestyle/fashion brands
  • Strong understanding of influencer landscape, social media trends, and content strategy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
  • Experience working with retail events, store activations, or brand launches is an advantage
