• Hands-on experience with plating equipment used in semiconductor packaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sustaining and continuous improvement of plating processes and equipment.
• Perform routine process evaluations to ensure alignment with standards.
• Identify and eliminate sources of process variation and deviations.
