Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or strategic account management.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics and ability to proactively address potential issues.
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and managing SLAs with a focus on performance monitoring.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify and mitigate potential issues in the supply chain.
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day matters regarding direct purchase agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with pharmacy partners.
  • Manage the documentation and administration of contracts.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges or concerns faced by clients.
  • Work closely with teams across Revenue/Growth, Product, and Engineering.
