Job Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Management Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our growing FinTech business operations across global markets. This position serves as a key liaison between multiple internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless operational workflows, accurate documentation, and efficient business processes. Working within the Business Operations team, you will collaborate with various departments including Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support our diverse partner ecosystem—including Merchants (Global and China Market), 3rd party pins distributors or master resellers, and Resellers (RGDH platform). This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and is passionate about operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Operations & System Management
  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks and provide support for account setup within internal systems
  • Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across multiple operational platforms
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize operational documents, including forms, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and performance reports
  • Create and update documentation to reflect current processes and best practices
  • Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports for management review
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and others to ensure smooth internal workflows
  • Facilitate communication between departments to resolve operational challenges
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions
  • Support project initiatives that require multi‑departmental coordination
Partner & Client Coordination
  • Coordinate with global partners including merchants, 3rd party distributors, master resellers, and RGDH platform resellers
  • Collect required materials and documentation from clients in a timely manner
  • Address partner inquiries and provide operational support as needed
  • Support both Global and China Market partner operations
Process Improvement & Administrative Support
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in operational workflows and support the implementation of effective solutions
  • Provide administrative support and assist in ad‑hoc projects as needed
  • Support special initiatives and business development activities as required
Pre-Requisites
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field

Experience

  • Familiarity with partner management or B2B operations
  • Experience working in a scale-up or fast-growth company environment

  • Understanding of FinTech industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Basic understanding of payment systems and financial operations
