We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operation Executive to join our team in the Direct Selling industry in Malaysia. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and possess a strong background in operations management. The Senior Operation Executive will play a key role in optimizing our operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations in Malaysia.
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvement.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain and inventory management.
• Streamline processes to reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Reporting to GM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Extensive experience in operations management within the Direct Selling industry or a related field.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin as your counterpart are from China and documents will be in Mandarin.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data for decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in the Direct Selling industry in Malaysia is a plus.

Working Location : Bukit Jalil Pavilion

Working Days : (4.5

Tuesday to Friday: 10.00am – 7.00pm

Saturday: 1.00pm – 6.00pm
