Job summary

A leading construction company in Malaysia is seeking a Construction Superintendent with extensive offshore experience. The role requires supervising daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and managing construction risks. Ideal candidates will have at least 15 years of Oil & Gas experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of PETRONAS specifications. Offshore certifications are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects, with at least 7 years as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and construction risks.
• Extensive knowledge of PETRONAS Technical Requirements and relevant constructions specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily offshore construction activities according to specifications.
• Lead toolbox talks and coordinate on-site construction crews.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements and safety standards.
• Identify construction issues and resolve site conflicts.
