Job Title

Senior Officer, Special Product Handling - Perishable

Reports To

Assistant Manager, Special Product Handling

Role Purpose

The position is to ensure day to day operation functions in MABKargo, Special Product Handling - Perishable, operations functions are smoothly handled and compliance with the handling requirements / regulations and meeting the customer service agreement.

Key Accountability

• Serving the customer at Perishable Handling by performing Acceptance, Delivery and warehouse functions as per company Standard Operating Procedures, IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations/IATA Temperature Control Regulations/IATA Dangerous Goods, other regulations (MAQIS/ Custom/ Perhilitan/ CITES) and company requirements.
• Plan, monitor and ensure smooth day to day overall operation functions at Perishable Handling - physical cargo handling, data update including documentation and daily revenue collection.
• Ensure meeting customers Service Level Agreement.
• Verify daily vendor performance and prepare daily summary operations report.
• Ensure improvement program are implemented as per planned.

Qualifications & Working Experience

• Minimum SPM qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year working experienced for Diploma / Degree or;
• Minimum 3 years working experience for SPM holder.
• Basic DGR.
• Basic Cargo handling.
• Knowledge in air logistic.
• Knowledge in air cargo operations.
