Job description

Design, configure, implement, and support LAN, WAN, MAN, and SD-WAN network environments.

Manage and maintain network firewalls, including security policies, rules, and compliance requirements.

Support network security operations, including VPN, IDS/IPS, and alignment with security best practices.

Perform network performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide permanent solutions for network-related incidents.

Document network architecture, configurations, diagrams, and technical reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable network operations.

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Senior (5+ years): Ability to architect complex networks, lead network projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, switching technologies, routing protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, VLAN, and subnetting.
• Familiar with routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and load balancers.
• Exposure to firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS systems, and security best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with WLAN configuration/troubleshooting and SD‑WAN technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Experience in firewall security management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the required supporting market language.
