We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Network Engineer with a strong background in network & security design and implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to provide technical consultation, make technical proposals, and demonstrate the value of our network and security offerings to potential customers. This role is critical in enabling sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Build a technical team that is expert in network and security solutions, including switches, firewalls, routers, IPS/IDS and end-point protections.
    • Lead a technical team to design and implement network and security systems.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in network and security.
  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pain points.
    • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
    • Design and propose solutions that address customers’ needs and objectives.
  • Solution Development:
    • Create detailed technical proposals and solution architectures, including hardware and software specifications, network diagrams, and integration plans.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of customer environments to identify potential challenges and opportunities for optimization.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for network and security solutions.
    • Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate customers on product features and benefits.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
    • Communicate customer feedback and market insights to internal teams to drive product improvements and innovation.
    • Coordinate with partners and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Assist the sales team in developing sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide technical training and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
    • Support the creation of sales collateral, including white papers, case studies, and data sheets.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the technical aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
    • Manage multiple pre-sales projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, with a focus on network and security system design and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of network security technologies, protocols, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
