A tech-focused company in Klang City seeks an experienced administrator for Microsoft 365 to manage the environment including Exchange Online and Azure AD. Responsibilities include troubleshooting email issues, automating tasks with PowerShell, and designing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology and relevant experience. Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure are a plus. This role balances technical skills with communication abilities to support users effectively.
Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Configure and maintain employee and department email addresses, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and email policies.
Manage email administration activities, including mail flow troubleshooting, spam filtering, anti-phishing policies, and email security configurations.
Resolve Microsoft 365–related incidents such as mail delivery failures and security alerts, working closely with Infrastructure and Security teams when required.
Manage user lifecycle activities, including user provisioning, license assignment, MFA enablement, access controls, and role-based permissions.
Monitor system health, email usage patterns, audit logs, and alerts to identify performance issues or potential security risks.
Design, develop, and maintain low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) to automate and improve business processes.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and external systems or APIs.
Script and automate administrative tasks using PowerShell to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Document technical processes and solutions, provide end-user support, and collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams.
Conduct user training, demos, or knowledge-sharing sessions to support adoption of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Hands‑on experience with email administration, mail flow troubleshooting, spam filtering, and anti‑phishing configurations.
Strong understanding of identity and access management, MFA, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls.
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, databases, and APIs.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration and automation.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support end‑users and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform) are an advantage.
