The Role

As the Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager, Asia Modern Work, you will lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive Secure Productivity revenue, adoption, and market share across Asia. This role requires a deep understanding of Modern Work solutions, customer engagement, sales enablement, and marketing execution.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and regional partner teams to develop and execute business priorities, ensuring Microsoft continues to lead in the Modern Work segment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership

Develop and execute competitive strategies to drive market share and business impact.

Establish strong partnerships with corporate and field teams to align business goals and execution plans.

Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations to enhance go-to-market effectiveness.

Provide insights and strategic direction to optimize performance and customer engagement across the region.

Identify market opportunities and adapt business strategies to maximize impact in Asia.

Business Management

Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance across revenue, market share, and adoption metrics.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align strategies with business objectives.

Collaborate with finance, product marketing, and sales excellence teams to analyze performance trends and drive improvements.

Field Enablement & Execution

Orchestrate and champion solution plays to activate integrated sales and marketing strategies.

Equip sales teams with resources, tools, and insights to drive demand and accelerate pipeline growth.

Partner with regional teams to align execution plans with corporate strategies.

Who You Are

A strategic leader with deep expertise in go-to-market execution and business management.

A cross-functional collaborator, skilled at aligning teams and driving execution.

Passionate about Modern Work solutions, customer engagement, and digital transformation.

Qualifications
Required:

10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or business development.

Strong knowledge of Secure Productivity solutions, sales operations, and go-to-market execution.

Fluency in English (Additional language proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a plus).

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in driving product/solution growth, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.

Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization with a track record of success.
