Responsibilities
  • Event and Campaign Management – oversee in-store events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs – lead customer retention efforts, including sourcing suppliers for Gift With Purchase (GWP) initiatives and implementing strategies to enhance loyalty
  • Brand Outreach and Online Exposure – drive brand visibility both online and offline
  • Liaison with Mall Management – coordinate A&P activities with mall management to promote the brand effectively
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with brand strategy
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is essential
  • Creativity is crucial for driving brand growth and customer engagement
