Job summary

A health and wellness company in Shah Alam is seeking a Marketing Executive to assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field along with good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing plans in line with overall Brand objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies across offline channels.
  • Develop promotional materials and POSMs to enhance Brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the Sales team in the execution of BTL activities and other A&P requests.
  • Manage planogramming and merchandising strategies to improve in-store visibility.
  • Plan and execute on‑ground activations and events.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • Have prior experience in a similar role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to work on weekends, if necessary.
  • Highly attentive to details and accuracy.
  • Matured, well organized and able to work under pressure.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High committed, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
