The Future Brands – Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned brands, fostering strong and long-term relationships
  • Oversee product portfolio management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and campaigns
  • Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including online campaigns, influencer collaborations, in-store promotions etc
  • Work closely with content creator teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences
  • Organize brands event and seasonal campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate on new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and target demographics
  • Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking
  • Ensure all brands assets, product information, and marketing materials are accurate and updated across platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in brand management, key account management or marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
