Core Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, develop, and execute 360° marketing campaigns across multiple platforms that aligns with brand goals.
- Develop annual and monthly marketing calendars to ensure timely rollouts.
- Coordinate campaign execution from ideation to post-campaign review.
Event & Activation Management
- Oversee the full activation process, including planning the event to on-site execution.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of events and activations.
- Collaborate with retail partners or vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Oversee execution of digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Analyze the latest market and consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on market intelligence to guide decision-making and planning.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance across all channels.
- Generate reports and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Establish benchmarks and best practices for tracking performance across different campaigns.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to both digital and offline campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing events and social media platforms.
- Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, think creatively, and drive projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in ALCOHOL/WINE industry.
