Core Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Plan, develop, and execute 360° marketing campaigns across multiple platforms that aligns with brand goals.
  • Develop annual and monthly marketing calendars to ensure timely rollouts.
  • Coordinate campaign execution from ideation to post-campaign review.
Event & Activation Management
  • Oversee the full activation process, including planning the event to on-site execution.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of events and activations.
  • Collaborate with retail partners or vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Develop and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Oversee execution of digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
  • Analyze the latest market and consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports on market intelligence to guide decision-making and planning.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance across all channels.
  • Generate reports and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Establish benchmarks and best practices for tracking performance across different campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to both digital and offline campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing events and social media platforms.
