What you'll be doing?

• Develop PR strategies: Create and execute comprehensive Press & Public Relations plans aligned with yearly objectives to enhance brand visibility.
• Create engaging content: Craft compelling content and artwork to support PR efforts and captivate audiences.
• Manage media relations: Monitor coverage and actively engage with press to build and maintain a positive brand image.
• Plan marketing materials: Develop effective promotional materials to support marketing efforts across the Asia Pacific region.
• Execute events: Coordinate industry trade shows, product launches, workshops, and conferences with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with company counterparts to ensure seamless execution of all planned activities.
• Analyze performance: Track, report, and measure PR efforts, customer satisfaction, market trends, and competitor information.
• Manage vendor relationships: Oversee PR media and marketing vendors, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.

Who are they looking for?

• Communication expertise: A degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: Flexi clock-in between 7:00am - 10:30am, must fulfill 9 hours 30 minutes daily (includes 1 hour lunch); Friday: Flexi clock-in between 7:45am - 10:30am, must fulfill 8 hours 15 minutes daily (includes 1 hour lunch).
