Responsibilities
  • Campaign and Event Management: Lead the planning, execution, and post-mortem analysis of all mall-wide events and marketing campaigns. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase footfall and drive sales.
  • Promotional Space Management: Achieve and exceed income targets for all advertising and promotional spaces within the mall by attracting external clients and managing their on-site activations.
  • Retailer and Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, tenants, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and to coordinate joint promotional activities and events.
  • Brand and Communication Strategy: Develop and maintain a cohesive brand image through all print and on-site communications. Create compelling copy for all traditional marketing materials.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior to develop effective strategies. Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance and promotional space revenue.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or marcom role, with a strong focus on events and campaigns.
  • Prior experience in the retail or mall industry is a plus.
  • Driven, ambitious, and assertive character.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Open to candidates ready to step up into an Assistant Manager role.
