• Deep knowledge of SMT, reflow, wave soldering, and general system assembly processes.
• Experience managing the new product introduction lifecycle from design to mass production ramp-up.
• Hands-on experience using Valor and Vayo software for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly analysis.

Responsibilities

• Optimize PCB fabrication and assembly with EMS suppliers.
• Assess machine capabilities to close gaps and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve DFM issues.
• Lead teams to implement new manufacturing technologies.
• Develop training programs for ODM Manufacturing Engineers.
