Overview
As a Senior Manager in PwC Private, you will help private companies with a range of business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, and planning to improve operational efficiency and free up time for business strategy. You’ll experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition. Our team designs and implements personalized service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You’ll assist the team with wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.

Responsibilities
- Proven ability to identify and address client needs;
- Experience in building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
- Proven communication skills to articulate value propositions;
- Proficiency in managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections, and preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
- Experience in supervising teams to foster an atmosphere of trust, promoting diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
- Proven ability to provide timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback to staff;
- Demonstrated leadership as a business advisor, including developing new relationships, making introductions to sell new services with a "One Firm" service mindset;
- Experience in innovating through new and existing technologies, and experimenting with digitization solutions;
- Proficiency in using digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.

Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in complex tax issues faced by non-publicly traded companies and day-to-day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities by:

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Years of Experience: 7 year(s)
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or
- Completed professional papers such as Chartered Accountant or equivalent (such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ/ CPA Australia/CPA US/IRS Enrolled Agent).
- Interest to pursue professional papers for future progression
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Strong leadership, teamwork and client servicing skills
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written English
