A leading logistics company in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Operations to build and operationalize a comprehensive fulfillment and logistics solution. Key responsibilities include setting up fulfillment infrastructure, designing warehouse processes, and balancing trade-offs in operations to ensure sustainable growth and excellent customer experience. Strong project management, logistics planning, and risk management skills required.
The Strategy & Projects team works with teams across all departments in Grab to drive continuous improvements and lead projects which would contribute to overall growth of the business. The team generates business insights, proposes data‑driven strategic initiatives and leads large projects to grow the business across Mobility, Deliveries & Groceries (Jaya Grocer & Everrise).
Get to know the Role: You will play a critical part in building and operationalizing an end-to-end fulfillment and logistics solution. You will set up our fulfillment infrastructure – from identifying suitable facility locations, designing warehouse layouts, building warehouse process flows and establishing logistics models.
