Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing (Property Developer)

Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve overall sales target and objectives.

Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to the Sales and Marketing teams.

Lead market research, competitor analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and market trends.

Formulate pricing strategies, sales targets and marketing budgets for each project.

Drive sales performance to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Oversee the planning and execution of sales launches, roadshows and promotional events.

Develop strong partnership with local and overseas property agency.

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, advertising campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

Strengthen company and project branding to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

Manage external agencies, consultants and media partners to ensure cost-effective and impactful marketing outcomes.

Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnership and potential markets for expansion.

Prepare regular sales performance, market analysis and marketing effectiveness reports for management review.

Liaise with government authorities/councils on compliance matters with housing rules and requirements including getting approvals for the Advertising and Sales Permit and Developer's License.

Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business or related discipline.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in property development, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.

Experience & expertise in Sales & Marketing for high rise property / building.

Familiar with property market trends, marketing analytics and digital marketing platforms.

Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.

Proven ability and experience managing and leading high performance sales and marketing teams.

Result driven, resourceful and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
