Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage both developer sales and sub‑sales efforts to meet overall sales targets and business goals.
  • Strategise and implement occupancy‑driven campaigns to boost take‑up rates and enhance property occupancy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, consultants, and industry partners to support business development and sales conversion.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform and refine sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities while developing strategies to maximise ROI and drive performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in sales and leasing, ideally within the property development or real estate sector.
  • Strong grasp of sales strategies, market dynamics, and property valuation principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
