A property management firm located in Selangor, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales department, ensuring overall sales performance and growth in property projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in property sales, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. Responsibilities include directing sales teams to meet targets, mentoring staff, overseeing sales operations, and developing pricing strategies. Strong skills in sales administration and customer networking are essential.
Leads the sales department for overall sales performance, profitability, and growth in property projects. Directs sales teams, mentors staff to meet KPIs, and ensures execution of Sale & Purchase agreements.
Leads sales teams & agents to achieve profitability, growth, and sales targets for property projects, including preparing annual business plans, sales budgets, and performance reports.
Oversees sales operations such as monitoring the execution of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan applications, customer enquiries, and etc.
Mentors staff on KPIs, develops subordinates in sales processes, and monitors team performance against company standards.
Liaises with agents, authorities, buyers, and conducts property viewings, trend analysis, and recommendations to boost sales.
Familiar with “HIMS”, in‑charge in the application Developer’s License and Advertising Permit.
Develop pricing strategies for each project.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related;
8+ years in property sales with 5+ years in leadership.
Strong skills in sales administration, finance, team management, and customer networking.
