Define, drive, and execute the company’s IT and digitalisation strategy in alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

Lead organisation-wide digital transformation initiatives to optimise processes, enhance system integration, and deliver a seamless user experience across departments.

Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of business applications, ERP systems, CRM, and other digital platforms to support operational efficiency and scalability.

Identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and solutions that foster innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Ensure robust IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance frameworks to maintain system reliability and safeguard organisational information.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process automation, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making.

Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and corporate best practices.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT and digitalisation team, promoting continuous learning and capability development.

Manage key vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for IT and digitalisation initiatives to maximise value and delivery outcomes.

Prepare and present reports to senior management on IT performance, digital projects, and technology trends impacting the business.

Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in digital adoption across the organisation.

Requirements
