Job summary

A leading banking training provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Manager, Digitalization & Innovation. The successful candidate will lead the operationalization of the digitalization roadmap, manage digital marketing campaigns, and enhance learner experiences through AI and analytics. The role requires a Master's degree, relevant certifications, and 8-12 years' experience in digital transformation. The position involves collaboration with senior leadership and regular international travel.

A. Strategic Planning & Digital Leadership

Drive and operationalize the ABS digitalization roadmap as outlined in the ABS Strategic Vision 2025–2026.

Serve as the CEO’s lead advisor and project partner on all digital education initiatives.

Align all digital projects with ABS’s business goals, brand identity, and market expansion strategies.

Oversee end-to-end development and rollout of the ABS Digital Learning Portal (DLP).

Coordinate technical integration, UI/UX design, hosting, and maintenance of the platform.

Ensure AI-driven features (e.g., avatars, learning analytics) are effectively embedded and scalable.

Deploy and manage hybrid classroom solutions (e.g., ClassIn) for immersive training delivery.

Lead the design and operations of the virtual recording studio for content production and live delivery.

D. Commercialization & Global Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy for the ABS Digital Portal targeting ASEAN, Asian, and global financial markets.

Lead digital marketing campaigns using SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.

Strategically position the ABS brand on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and regional edtech marketplaces to attract international enrolments.

Collaborate with the Business Development Division to establish commercial partnerships and licensing models with banks, universities, and training providers globally.

Track customer acquisition costs (CAC), conversion rates, and retention metrics to optimize marketing performance.

Establish ABS’s thought leadership in digital banking education via webinars, blogs, and global outreach campaigns.

E. Data Analytics, User Experience & Innovation

Apply AI and data analytics to monitor learner engagement, optimize course design, and generate reporting dashboards.

Continuously refine learner experience and improve platform usability and performance.

Stay abreast of edtech trends to propose new digital products, certification models, and monetization opportunities.

Education & Qualifications

Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Instructional Design, Information Systems, Innovation Management, or related field.

Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint) is highly desirable.

Project Management certification (PMP, Agile) is an advantage.

Experience

8–12 years’ experience in digital transformation or edtech product commercialization.

Proven success in launching and marketing digital learning platforms or digital products globally.

Deep understanding of customer journeys in B2B and B2C digital education markets.

Strategic commercial thinking with hands-on digital marketing execution ability.

Strong technological fluency across LMS, AI tools, SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

High attention to detail, timelines, and quality.

Other Requirements

Able to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership on high-priority initiatives.

Willing to travel for international engagements and conferences.
