Drive the company's commercial growth and success by providing insights derived from data analysis and ensuring that accurate data is available for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountability

• Gather, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to provide business insights that will inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and deliver automated reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and ensure accurate reporting.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights that will drive commercial growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify data requirements, best practices and process improvements for data quality assurance and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, department heads, and product leadership to understand their needs, translate into requirements, and take action on execution, delivery, and communication of the development efforts.
• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets and provide recommendations for action to relevant stakeholders.
• Design, develop and maintain databases, data models, and data systems to ensure robust, accessible and accurate data.
• Analyse financial data, including trends and benchmarks to provide insights into cost management.
• Provide stakeholders with ad-hoc reports and analysis in response to specific requests.
• Stay up to date with trends in business intelligence, data analysis, and technology.
• Manage and mentor a team of business intelligence architects, developers, and analysts.
• Provide guidance and support in analysis, modelling, and visualization techniques.

Qualifications & Working Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related field with more than 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or related field.
• Experience in airlines is an advantage.
