Job summary

A leading technology services firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced IT Manager to define and execute digital strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage business applications and IT infrastructure, and ensure cybersecurity and data governance. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 8+ years of IT management experience are required. This role offers an opportunity to drive innovation and strategic change within the organization.

Identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and solutions that foster innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Ensure robust IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance frameworks to maintain system reliability and safeguard organisational information.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process automation, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making.

Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and corporate best practices.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT and digitalisation team, promoting continuous learning and capability development.

Manage key vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for IT and digitalisation initiatives to maximise value and delivery outcomes.

Prepare and present reports to senior management on IT performance, digital projects, and technology trends impacting the business.
