Summary

We are looking for an Experienced Logistics & Shipping Executive to manage and coordinate our shipping and logistics activities. The role involves overseeing the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective collaboration with service providers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
• Liaise with customs brokers and relevant authorities for compliance and documentation of imports and exports.
• Manage shipment scheduling, tracking, and status updates, providing timely information to internal teams.
• Oversee invoice verification and cost allocation related to logistics activities.
• Monitor service providers’ performance to ensure adherence to defined KPIs.
• Support periodic inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Assist internal teams with logistics-related queries and operational support.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Administration, International Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations, preferably in the distribution center or 3PL environment
• Knowledge of import/ export processes and customs regulations will be an added advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
