A global technology company located in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, monitor key performance indicators, and adhere to relevant regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics software are required for effective communication and operational success.
Assist in coordinating daily logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipment tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams and logistics providers to ensure smooth inventory movement and timely deliveries.
Monitor operational KPIs such as delivery timeliness, order accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Prepare periodic reports to support data-driven decision-making by management.
Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure service standards are met.
Support in documentation processes including delivery orders, proof of delivery (POD), and billing submission for logistics operations.
Coordinate inventory replenishment needs and assist with stock accuracy checks.
Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure effective space utilization and compliance with SOPs.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
Assist in updating logistics SOPs in response to compliance or operational changes.
Identify and report operational issues affecting logistics performance.
Follow up proactively on problem resolution with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
