Job summary

The successful candidate will provide legal support in capital markets, corporate exercises, and M&A. Qualifications

• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 years PQE with substantial experience in capital markets, corporate exercises, advisory, and M&A.
• Solid knowledge of securities regulation and corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Advise on structuring and execution of IPOs and rights issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate share purchase and joint venture agreements.
• Monitor and advise on changes in securities law and corporate law.
