Job summary

A prominent company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Group Legal & Compliance. The successful candidate will handle compliance activities, provide legal counsel, and participate in due diligence studies. They should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, with at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large law firm or public company. Strong knowledge of corporate law and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a large law firm and/or public listed company preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and business practices.
• Familiar with provisions of the Companies Act 2016.
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities
