Overview

Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) is looking for highly motivated, passionate and qualified individuals for the positions of Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Web Development (Frontend or Backend) and also in the area of Game Development.

Key Skills & Expertise (Web Development and Applications)

• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for server-side operations.
• Understanding of APIs, client–server architecture, and database integration.
• Exposure to modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Next.js will be advantageous.

Also looking for the following positions (Game Development)

• Proficiency in C++ (required) and familiarity with C# or Blueprints (for Unreal/Unity).
• Exposure to game optimization, profiling, and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking and client-server architectures is a plus.
• Understanding of AI for Games (NPC behaviour, pathfinding, decision trees, state machines) is also a plus.

General Requirements:

Candidates should possess at least a Masters’ qualification in their areas of expertise (Candidates with Bachelor’s Degree with at least Five (5) years working experience in the related field will be considered).

Pleasant and mature personality with a good command of the English Language.
