Job description

To lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions for our employees. This role will be crucial in enhancing our organization's learning and development initiatives, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our workforce.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning experiences
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organization
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning content
• Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Mentor and guide junior learning specialists in the team
• Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and partners
• Create and manage training budgets and resources
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all learning initiatives
