Job description

Lead ShopeeFood’s enterprise merchant portfolio, driving strategic growth and long-term partnerships.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve investment and revenue targets.

Formulate win-win commercial solutions aligned with both merchant and ShopeeFood business objectives.

Drive business growth through merchant strategy planning, performance reviews, competitor analysis, and market benchmarking.

Align sales and growth initiatives closely with overall business goals and priorities.

Manage, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, including setting KPIs, guiding execution, and monitoring performance.

Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with enterprise merchants, staying informed of their business developments and needs.

Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and sustainable growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Business, Commerce or Marketing preferred.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in e-commerce, food delivery, and partnership-driven businesses.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, supported by solid business acumen.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to proactively engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Experience in management and leadership roles, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) is an advantage to engage diverse stakeholders.
