NSS IT Solution Sdn Bhd – Sepang, Selangor

Lead the analysis of client requirements and propose tailored system solutions.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand business processes and ensure solutions meet their needs.

Prepare, present, and refine User Requirement Specification (URS) documents and preliminary system designs (MS Word, Excel, Draw.io, Figma).

Mentor and guide junior consultants, reviewing their work and ensuring quality deliverables.

Provide expert support for system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

Manage Change Requests, ensuring timely updates to documentation and system design.

Facilitate knowledge transfer to QA teams and oversee testing readiness.

Assist the execution of UAT, ensuring all business requirements are verified, clarifying issues, coordinating fixes, and achieving client acceptance for Go-Live.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.

4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or System Design roles.

Deep knowledge of system architecture, software applications, and business processes.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to mentor, guide, and manage a team of consultants.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Draw.io, and Figma.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience leading system integration projects and managing implementations.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Previous experience in a software development or QA environment.
• Technical knowledge of databases, APIs, and system architecture design.
