Job Responsibilities
  • Manage disciplinary processes, non‑performance cases, and grievances including conducting investigations, recommending appropriate actions, and preparing reports for management.
  • Maintain and organize records related to labor and employee cases.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts fairly and professionally.
JTK and Industrial Relations Compliance
  • Represent the company in labor audits, labor disputes, conciliation meetings, and industrial court proceedings.
  • Assist in managing employment‑related permits and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and update policies in line with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of industrial relations activities, including complaint records, settlements, and court documents.
  • Prepare reports on industrial relations trends and concerns for management.
Employee Engagement & Support
  • Promote awareness of company policies and industrial relations practices.
  • Provide support for HR reports and related activities.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Organize training sessions on industrial relations matters for employees and management.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial relations or a related HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, including the Employment Act 1955.
