Job Responsibility
  • Leading a team to develop, strengthen and implement HR guidelines to ensuring the smooth operation of continued success and growth of the company. to ensure that the company's employees are effectively recruited, trained, and supported in their roles.
  • Drive recruitment based on business requirements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • This involves creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring suggestions
  • Responsible for managing employee onboarding and off-boarding, conducting training, and addressing day-to-day HR queries.
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing employee attendance records, ensuring accurate and timely tracking
  • Responsible for payroll management, to ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies and compliance with statutory payroll requirements, including income tax, social security, provident fund, and other government-mandated deductions.
  • Responsible for leave management, to Monitor and track employee leave usage, balances and trends using leave management system.
  • Generate regular report and analyses on leave trends, utilization rates, absenteeism and other leave related for manager/management review.
  • Maintaining accurate leave records, processing leave requests, and providing support to employees and management regarding leave policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for employee relation, to manage all aspects of employee relations concerning staff confirmation, transfer, resignation, termination, staff promotion, staff benefit â increment and bonuses. to ensure compliance with companiesâ policies and labor laws, providing support and guidance to employees and management. And, to ensure all employee relations activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • To endure payroll management, leave management, employee relation, compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Oversee office administration, validate and propose for management approval on annual forecast admin budget.
  • Facilitate external auditors on information and documentations when needed
  • Custodian to manage Annual Increment, Bonus, Incentive Payment and Promotion template for Management approval
Job Requirements
  • Bachelorâs degree or Diploma in Human resources or business administration or any related equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in human resources or related fields in a managerial capacity.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Possesses excellent proficiency in computer software, particularly office applications, and demonstrates adeptness in operating various office equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table), data driven and analytical
  • Possess good problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • Confident and good presentation skills
