About the role

KUMPULAN BTC BERHAD' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic HR advisory support to business leaders and managers
• Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinating and delivering HR-related training and development programmes
• Managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration
• Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience
• Analysing HR data and providing insights to support business decision-making
