In this high-impact role, you'll influence HR processes, drive workforce planning, and foster a positive company culture. Ideal candidates should have 8 to 12 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years acting as an HRBP. Strong stakeholder management and a solutions-oriented approach are essential. This position offers opportunities for career growth while working closely with senior leadership.
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our growing teams across the region. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape foundational people practices, guide managers on everyday HR matters, and help build simple, scalable HR processes as the organisation continues to grow.
If you enjoy creating clarity, building structure from the ground up, and working closely with leaders, this role offers both regional exposure and real influence.
Be the go-to HR partner for functional or country leaders across the region, providing practical, solutions-focused advice.
Support workforce planning, team structures, and people-related decision-making.
Drive HR initiatives that strengthen consistency and scalability as we grow.
Coordinate foundational talent and development conversations with managers.
Support performance review cycles and coach managers on goal-setting and feedback.
Roll out simple, phased improvements to talent processes in preparation for more robust frameworks as HR maturity progresses.
Reinforce company values and support a positive, collaborative culture across the region.
Help identify engagement gaps and work with managers on practical improvements.
Manage day-to-day employee relations and guide disciplinary or conflict situations.
Ensure HR decisions are consistent and compliant with local employment laws, with support from the legal team or external counsel where needed.
Support the annual salary review process with data and recommendations.
Ensure internal equity and collaborate with Finance/Payroll on salary and benefits changes.
Contribute to the gradual development of C&B structures over time.
Partner with HR Ops and local teams to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
Maintain HR data and dashboards (headcount, turnover, hiring progress).
Drive continuous process improvements.
8–12 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP.
Regional exposure (SEA/Asia) preferred.
Experience in growth environments or early HR maturity organisations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and balancing strategy with hands‑on execution, while ensuring compliance.
A practical, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
Regional HR partnership role with direct influence on people practices.
Opportunity to build and shape foundational HR structures - not just maintain them.
High visibility with senior leadership and opportunities for career growth alongside the business.
