Responsible for the full recruitment activities from posting the job advertisement, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts.
Highly experienced regarding recruitment, performance evaluation, payroll, rewards and benefits.
Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure all statutory submissions and payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
Resolve disputes and other possible issues within the company.
Manage holiday calendar, staffs' attendance, leave balance, medical record / benefits claims and clearance for employees.
Conduct exit interviews with the outgoing staff members.
Supervise the dismissal process.
Work with department heads to determine and understand the employee training needs.
Prepare HR related letters and correspondences and liaise with the relevant authority/government department if necessary.
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labor Laws and related statutory requirements.
Manage an efficient system for personnel files to ensure the employee database is updated in a timely manner.
Create company policies based on the best HR practices.
Plan and monitor people development activities to meet employee competency & development objective.
